At mteSA, we are a community-based, not-for-profit Group Training Organisation dedicated in providing training and recruitment services across South Australia since 1997.

As specialists in apprenticeships and traineeships, we provide tailored solutions and services to support your employment needs. Our commitment lies in fostering growth, developing skills, and assisting both businesses and job seekers in achieving their goals.

Our core mission is to create quality employment pathways by engaging and supporting communities at all levels. We actively promote opportunities in Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire, and Full-Time Employment—helping to build brighter futures, one opportunity at a time.

Operating under the Group Training Model, mteSA is the legal employer of the Apprentice/Trainee and undertake processes and administration paperwork required to successfully manage the program. This includes;

• Payroll - Wages (Annual Leave Loading where required)

• PAYG Statements

• Industry Superannuation

• Contract of Training with an Apprentice Network Provider

• Registered Training Organisation (e.g. TAFE) enrolment and liaison

In addition to this, mteSA take on the responsibility of monitoring the progress and performance of the employee both on-the-job and off-the-job.

All trades and industry-focused Trainee placements are available.  We work closely with local industry and throughout South Australia where the majority of graduates gain ongoing sustainable employment with their Host Employers upon completion of their studies.
