2024 mteSA EXCELLENCE AWARDS

On Friday, September 6th, we proudly hosted our annual mteSA Employee Excellence Awards, a night dedicated to recognizing the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our incredible team.

The event was a great success, bringing together employees, host employers, and special guests to celebrate the outstanding contributions made throughout the year. The evening featured inspiring speeches and the presentation of awards to those who have gone above and beyond in their roles over the past year.

Nominee Assessment Criteria

Candidates are chosen for demonstrating outstanding achievement in a variety of areas, such as:

•   Participation in their nominee questionnaire

•   Review of host employer nomination form

•   Record of training assessment results

•   Training progression and trainer questionnaire

• Host Nominations must be made by completing the nomination form sent via email.  This will be the full judging process

• Nominees must have completed six (6) months of placement for which they are nominated (ineligible is commenced after 19/12/2024)
• Organisations can nominate more than one employee
• Nominating Host Employers must seek permission from the employee to be nominated
• All information provided must be true and correct - Failure to do so may result in disqualification
